I learned something valuable about writing today. I came across Steve McCurry’s blog and read his post about becoming a good photographer.
He writes, I say, ‘If you want to be a photographer, first leave home.’ As Paul Theroux, a great writer and friend, further advises, “Go as far as you can. Become a stranger in a strange land. Acquire humility.
Traveling indeed inspires the writer inside because of the sites you see, the people you meet, and the entire experience that changes a part of your life.
